We collect only what each purpose needs.- Contact form (required): name, email, message — to read and reply to your message
- News by email (optional): email — to send news about our projects and company. Your message is received whether or not you opt in.
- Spam protection: when you send a message, Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser signals. We only receive whether the check passed.
- Visit statistics: cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views. It collects nothing that identifies you.
2. How long we keep it
Data that has reached its retention period, or served its purpose, is deleted electronically and cannot be recovered.- Messages: deleted automatically 365 days (one year) after receipt.
- News email address: kept until you unsubscribe. Every news email has an unsubscribe link.
3. Processors and transfers abroad
We use the following processor to run the website, which may transfer personal data outside Korea.- Processor: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosting, storing messages, spam protection, visit statistics
- Data transferred: name, email, message (when you write to us), connection data
- When and how: over the network, as you use the site or send a message
- Retention: as in section 2
- Notification and news emails are sent from a mail system we run ourselves in Korea.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not give your personal data to third parties, except where the law requires it.5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop its processing, at any time by writing to contact@1990.company. You can also stop news emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them.6. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your light/dark mode choice stays in your browser’s storage and is never sent to us.7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and only people who need it for their work can access stored personal data.8. Contact
